What is Speclang Shop?
It is the online storefront for Speclang and its associated brands. Clients can purchase professional translation, editing, terminology, and linguistic services directly through the platform. All purchases are governed by the Speclang Terms and Conditions for Professional Services and Digital Purchases.
Do you sell anything else?
Speclang may expand the shop with digital products, branded materials, or additional service lines, with new offerings expected from 2026 onward.
How much does it cost?
Pricing displayed on each product page reflects the base service fee. The final project price is issued in a tailored quote after we review the files, language pair, specialization, and project requirements. Costs vary depending on the service type, the target language group, the document size or word count, the required specialization such as medical, legal, technical, business, or general content, and any formatting or delivery constraints.
Customers may either purchase the base service directly or request a custom quote to receive an exact project price aligned with the full project scope and the required deliverables. A tailored quote can be requested at orders@speclang.pro

How do I use the discounts?
Details are provided on each product or service page.
After completing your purchase, please email your receipt or order confirmation so Speclang can verify eligibility and apply the discount manually.
Discounts, promotional codes, Translation Credit Packs, and special offers cannot be combined unless Speclang explicitly authorizes it in writing. Only one discount may be applied per order.
For larger or recurring translation projects, requesting a tailored quote may provide more cost-effective pricing than standard shop discounts.
How much does it save?
With discounts such as the New Client Discount, Returning Client Discount, and volume-based Translation Credit Packs, clients can save up to 15% on recurring Speclang service orders. Additional promotional savings may apply during seasonal or international events.
Returning clients also benefit from increased cost-effectiveness over time, as Speclang maintains translation memories, glossaries, and client-specific assets that reduce repeated effort and streamline future workflows.
This enables consistent quality and optimized pricing for ongoing projects.
I want a refund.
Refunds depend on the type of purchase. Translation services can be cancelled with a 10% fee if work has not yet started. If work has already begun, the refundable amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher, and partial work may be delivered as-is. Translation Credit Packs are refundable within 14 days if unused; refunds are returned to the original payment method. Discount Packs priced at USD 1 are not refundable.

How do I send my files for translation?
Files cannot be uploaded in the shop.
