Refund policy

Speclang Shop (shop.speclang.pro) sells only digital language services: translation, review, localization, post-editing and related services. This shop follows the “Services” lane of the policies of Olmteka S.A.S. de C.V.; the rules for downloads and music do not apply here. The complete, current policies are at https://legal.olmteka.com/ and supersede this summary where applicable.

• You may cancel before the project starts; Olmteka may retain a cancellation or administration fee of 10%.
• Once the project has started, refunds are limited to the part not yet performed; the minimum charge is the greater of the prorated work performed and 10% of the order value. If work has already begun, we may deliver a partial result.
• If a deliverable does not substantially meet the agreed scope, the first remedy is to correct it within a commercially reasonable time.
• Credit packs: refundable within 14 days of purchase only if unused and not redeemed; after 14 days they are not refundable; never in cash.
• Discount packs: not refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
• Consumers in the European Union: you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. If you expressly ask us to start the service within that period, you will pay the proportionate share of the work already done; once the service has been fully performed with your express consent, you lose this right. • Mandatory consumer rights prevail over this policy.
